Carolyn Horsley gets much needed kidney transplant.

Harlingen - Friend to NEWSCHANNEL 5 and transplant recipient Carolyn Horsley says she's recovering following transplant surgery.

She recieved the transplant nine weeks ago in San Antonio.

She had learned the kidney came from a 40 year old man who died in an accident.

She tells NEWSCHANNEL 5 she's thankful for awareness raised through our website.
