Ceremony in Mission

MISSION - This morning family, friends and the City of Mission are getting ready to honor Specialist Joe Rubio. There will be an honorary ceremony tonight at 7 p.m. at the City Flower Shop in Mission.

Rubio and three other soldiers died Monday a day after a roadside bomb exploded near their vehicle in Baghdad. Their deaths tipped the war's death toll for American soldiers over the 4,000 mark. The war in Iraq is now entering its sixth year.
