HOUSTON - Grammy-winning Tejano singer Emilio Navaira is now in fair condition at a Houston hospital.

It's been more than three weeks since the singer was critically injured when his tour bus wrecked. The 45-year-old was driving the tour bus when it slammed into freeway barrels in Houston.

Navaira underwent brain surgery after the predawn wreck.
