High Ranking Officer Killed
Sixth officer killed in a week
CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico - Another high ranking police officer in Mexico has been killed.
Gunmen sprayed police director Juan Antonio Roman Garcia's car with bullets outside his home in Ciudad Juarez early Saturday.
Garcia, the second most senior police official in the border town across from El Paso, was attacked just months after his name appeared at the top of a hit list left at a monument for fallen police officers.
He's the sixth high ranking police officer killed in Mexico this week.
