Police searching for suspect

PHARR - A local contractor is accused of purchasing building materials with hot checks.

The Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office is searching for Guadalupe Sanchez. They say he wrote hot checks at Valley businesses for building material, and then he used the materials to build homes.

He's allegedly run a tab of over $28,000.
