Public invited to line streets for march from airport to the funeral home

MISSION - The family of Army Specialist Alex Gonzalez is preparing for his return to the Valley this morning. Specialist Gonzalez is scheduled to arrive in McAllen at 10 a.m. at McCreery Aviation field.

Gonzalez was killed one week ago today by a rocket-propelled grenade in Iraq.

The public is being asked to line the streets this morning for the procession from the airport to Virgil Wilson Funeral Home in Mission.
