Hidalgo Drowning
Hidalgo Fire Department assisting in search
HIDALGO - The search for a possible drowning victim hasn't turned up anything.
It started after a man on the Mexico side of the Rio Grande reported his brother was lost in the river. Rescue crews searched the river near Lake Tejano for the missing 21-year-old.
The City of Hidalgo Fire Department brought in their search boats to help Border Patrol agents look for the man. But, as of noon, no body has been found.
