Murder Suspcet Arrested


No charges will be filed

MCALLEN - Military fighter planes escorted a plane flying from McAllen to Baytown. It happened after the pilot veered off course.

NEWSCHANNEL 5 learned the pilot tried to go around thunderstorms and ended up in closed air space. Homeland Security officials considered the plane suspicious.

No charges will be filed in the incident.
