Flood waters cause many to evacuate

HARLINGEN - Flooding caused by Hurricane Dolly is forcing many from their homes. Some even evacuated overnight.

Flooding took over the streets in Harlingen. NEWSCHANNEL 5 received reports from people in their homes with flood waters rushing in.

One driver had to abandon his van.
