Crews will begin repairs after hurricane passes

WESLACO - Power companies across the Valley are reporting widespread outages.

Magic Valley Electric and AEP are reporting more than 20,000 of their customers are without power.

The companies say they won't send crews out until the hurricane passes, which means many homes could stay in the dark until much later today.
