Harlingen left in the dark

HARLINGEN - There are several poles blocking roads.

A power line fell down and then a tree fell over, both blocking a road in Harlingen.

Most street lights are out. All the street signs are down.

Even landmarks like the police department are hard to see due to lack of lights.
