Victim related to suspect's girlfriend

HARLINGEN - The search is on for a man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend's sister. It happened at the intersection of 10th and Jefferson streets in Harlingen on Tuesday. Police tells us they received several calls from a woman screaming for help. We're told the suspect forced his girlfriend's sister into his truck and took her to Brownsville, where he assaulted her. Officers say the suspect returned the victim to her home and fled. His truck has since been found, but there's still no sign of the suspect.
