Students Accuse Teacher of Inappropriate Touching

Man suspended with pay

EDINBURG - A teacher at the South Texas ISD BETA campus is accused of inappropriately touching two female students. The students claim Nelson Galloso touched them and even put his hands underneath their blouses. They claim it was going on for more than a year, before they reported Galloso back in April. BETA suspended him with pay until the investigation is complete.
