MERCEDES - Frank Cantu has been dealing with problems ever since Hurricane Dolly. Monday's storms left the inside of his home completely soaked.
"The water was coming in through the door, I had to be mopping, throwing water out." says Cantu.
Now a generous Valley businessman has come forward and offered to help repair Cantu's home.
He called and offered to send a contractor out to fix the home, no questions asked.
It's a big blessing for Cantu.
"This is the biggest thing I've ever had in my life, besides waiting for a transplant for a kidney." says Cantu.
The anonymous businessman is making sure he'll have a safe place to live from now on.
