BROWNSVILLE - Investigators are searching for a woman who robbed a Brownsville bank.
They say the woman claimed to have a bomb and demanded money. It happened at the Compass Bank on the 600 block of East Elizabeth on Tuesday.
She got away with an undisclosed amount of money. The bomb was later determined to be a fake.
The bank robber was about five-feet tall and had short, brown, shoulder-length hair. She has a tattoo of a rose on the right side of her chest.
