Women can monitor their ovulation to predict the best time for conception. Having intercourse every other day around ovulation provides you with the best opportunity to conceive. Some studies suggest that alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine can inhibit reproduction, so try to minimize consumption of these substances. Men should stay out of hot tubs and wear loose-fitting underwear. Learn as much as you can about infertility. Go to the library.
