RIO GRANDE CITY - Stephen Saenz has spoken with CHANNEL 5 in recent weeks about his quest to make the Mexican Olympic team.  Now his dream is a reality.  The young athlete who grew up in Rio Grande City is now weeks away from competing in London.  Joel Villanueva has the latest on the Valley's Olympic qualifier.
