EDINBURG - A Progreso couple is accused of hiding a family member wanted on an attempted murder charge.
Andres Silguero and Armandina Gonzalez are each being held on a $200,000 bond. Police said the two hid Arnulfo Silguero in their home for more than a week.
Investigators had been searching for Arnulfo Silguero, who was accused of shooting his brother-in-law on Christmas Eve in San Juan.
Arnulfo Silguero was caught and charged with attempted murder. He's being held on a million dollar bond. According to the San Juan police chief, Arnulfo Silguero is also wanted in Mexico in connection with multiple crimes.
