McALLEN - The Pharr Emergency Management Technical Response Team is using a remotely operated aerial camera to document the relief efforts at a McAllen church.

The church assists illegal immigrants who are dropped off by Border Patrol at the local bus station.

The remote controlled camera sends back videos to give officials a better idea of how the tents, bathrooms and mobile units are positioned on the property. Officials use the information to document the best use of land or space during an emergency response.
