ALAMO - Residents in parts of Alamo will experience low water pressure for a few more days, city officials said.
The problem began with a water main break Tuesday night. City Manager Luciano Ozuna said they were not able to find replacement parts in the Rio Grande Valley and had to order them from San Antonio.
The part was supposed to arrive Thursday, but it will take five more days for the part to be delivered.
Ozuna said the system is maintaining about 80 percent of the normal pressure thanks to an interconnection with the city of San Juan.
