JENNIFER ANISTON TO WED
NEW YORK (AP) Jennitin? Justinfer? Take your pick or come up with your own combination bottom line, Jennifer Aniston is in love again. Her rep says the actress is engaged to her boyfriend of more than a year. Justin Theroux proposed to Aniston on Friday his birthday and got a yes. The couple started dating more than a yaer ago after working on the comedy "Wanderlust." The film bombed but the romance continued. Aniston is 43, he is two years younger. Aniston and Brad Pitt were married for five years before divorcing in 2005. Since then she has struggled to find her match both on screen and in relationships. No word on a wedding date.

ERIC IDLE SWEARS AT OLYMPICS CLOSING CEREMONY
LONDON (AP) Apparently no one told Eric Idle to watch his mouth while performing at the Olympics closing ceremony. Idle sang "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" yesterday. The song has a profanity in it and Idle sang it. NBC censored it for the TV broadcast. Russell Brand also performed -- and behaved himself. He sang "Pure Imagination" from "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" on top of a psychedelic bus, then "I Am The Walrus" while colorful characters danced around him. "Harry Potter" fans might have recognized the guy at the beginning who looked like Winston Churchill who was reciting lines from Shakespeare's "The Tempest." That was Timothy Spall, who played Wormtail in the "Harry Potter" movies.
ACTOR AL FREEMAN JUNIOR DIES
LOS ANGELES (AP) The actor who played Elijah Muhammad in the film "Malcolm X" has died. Howard University in Washington D.C. confirms Al Freeman Junior died Friday but details were not available. Freeman taught acting there. He was 78. Freeman won an NAACP Image Award for playing Muhammad. He also was nominated for an Emmy for portraying Malcolm X in "Roots: The Next Generations." He won a Daytime Emmy for his work on "One Life To Live."
''THE BOURNE LEGACY" TAKES OVER BOX OFFICE
LOS ANGELES (AP) "The Dark Knight Rises" finally sinks at the box office. "The Bourne Legacy" has taken the top spot with movie audiences, making $40.3 million its first weekend. "The Campaign" is second, taking in $27.4 million. "The Dark Knight Rises" drops to third, with $19.5 million. It had been number one for three weekends.

BEASTIE BOYS RAPPER'S WILL BARS AD USE OF HIS WORK
NEW YORK (AP) Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys rapped that he didn't want his music in TV ads, and now his will upholds that wish. The will filed in a Manhattan court says his image, name, music or "any artistic property" he created can't be used for advertising. Yauch, who was known as MCA, died of cancer at the age of 47 three months ago.
WEBSITE VIOLATES JACKSON COPYRIGHTS
LOS ANGELES (AP) A businessman working with Michael Jackson's mother has violated copyrights owned by the singer's estate. A judge said the website www.michaeljacksonsecretvault.com improperly used art from the film "This Is It," a logo featuring Jackson and other material. The website is currently offline. The judge will determine damages at an upcoming trial, though the website probably wouldn't be able to pay any amount because of debts.
E.T.'s GEPPETTO DIES
MILAN (AP) In the movie world, Carlo Rambaldi was known as the father of "E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial." The special effects master died Friday in southern Italy after a long illness. He was 86. Rambaldi created E.T. using three robots and two costumes worn by actors.
ELMO AND GROVER: OLYMPICS FANS
LONDON (AP) Sesame Street's Elmo and Grover have been at the Olympics rooting for Team USA. Elmo said he especially wanted to meet Gabby Douglas, winner of the individual all-around gold medal in women's gymnastics. But he's also got eyes for Missy Franklin, who won a gold medal and set a world record in the women's backstroke. As for Grover, his focus is on the U.S. basketball team, which features his pal, Carmelo Anthony. Grover says Anthony is "a great guy."
ROBERT PATTINSON: OUT OF THE SHADOWS
LOS ANGELES Robert Pattinson has been out of sight since learning last month his girlfriend and "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart had an affair with a married movie director. But Pattinson will be back in the spotlight tonight on "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart." He'll be promoting Friday's opening of his new movie, "Cosmopolis."
