BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) An Argentine commuter train has slammed into the end of the line at the same station in Buenos Aires where 52 people were killed in a similar crash last year.
This time emergency officials aren't reporting any deaths, but they say at least 35 people are injured, five seriously.
Security Secretary Sergio Berni says they are still evacuating the wrecked train and have found no fatalities.
He says the motorman is hospitalized and under police custody, and that it's impossible to say immediately why the train failed to stop, crashing through the bumper at the end of the line Saturday morning. The first car ended up wedged between the floor and ceiling of the platform at the busy Once (ohn-say) station.
