Arrest made in deadly Brownsville crash

BROWNSVILLE - One man has been arrested in connection to a crash that killed two people on Monday.
Investigators say he fled the scene after crashing a vehicle filled with 6 illegal immigrants. The driver was fleeing from Border Patrol.
Arturo Venegas, 19, of Mexico City and a 13-year old human smuggler died from their injuries.
The suspect is expected to be arraigned later this morning
