NORTH RICHLAND HILLS - The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees (20-24-7) dropped their sixth straight game with a 3-1 loss to the Texas Brahmas (26-17-8) Saturday night. Tomas Klempa registered the only score for the Bees in the second period on a man advantage. The goal by Klempa snapped Texas goalie Mark Guggenberger's CHL record of 238 scoreless minutes in net. The Bees were without Aaron Boogaard Saturday night after an off-ice incident in Friday night's game against Texas. During the third period of that game, Boogaard punched a photographer that was seated between team benches. The CHL has suspended Boogaard indefinitely pending a full investigation and is expected to announce its final ruling on the matter in the next few days.
