Boat Owner Files Claim Against Shop Owner

McALLEN - A McAllen resident is pursuing civil action against a boat repair shop owner who closed his business after arson damaged several watercrafts.
Buddy Garza said his boat remains locked at Boat Workz Unlimited. He is the second boat owner to file a claim against the business owner.
The business owner, Brent Williquette did not have insurance at the time of the arson.
