Body Found on Beach

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND - Cameron County sheriff's investigators found a body on the beach.
The body of 33-year-old Margarito Navaerez Algrea was found Saturday afternoon in between Beach Access 5 and Beach Access 6. Algrea was a Mexican national. He was found wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Deputies found his wallet and used it to identify Algrea.
Investigators believe he may have been fishing when he drowned. At this point, they do not suspect foul play in his death.
