Boy Recovering From Gunshot Wounds

HIDALGO COUNTY - A 12-year-old boy continues recovering a week after a shooting that left two people dead in Alton.
The shooting happened during a family gathering on Nov. 18 at a home on the 3000 block of Mile 5 Road just west of La Homa Road.
Hidalgo County Sheriff's deputies are using surveillance video from a nearby business to help their investigation.
Investigators said masked gunmen opened fire killing the homeowner and a second person.
