Starr County Deputy Held Without Bond

STARR COUNTY - CHANNEL 5 NEWS confirmed a Starr County sheriff's deputy is in custody in connection with an 8-liner operation.
Deputies confirm Jason Munsell is in federal custody. Federal prosecutors claim Munsell and Nazario Solis, another deputy, took bribes. An indictment states the bribes were paid in exchange for protecting an illegal 8-liner operation in Starr County.
