BROWNSVILLE - Uncounted ballots are holding up election results in Cameron County.

Election officials tell us they spent about 15 hours yesterday counting more than 600 provisional mail-in votes. Votes misplaced on election night from five different precincts were also counted.

There's no word on the exact number of ballots that were misplaced. We're told officials will release that information when they announce the final numbers later today.

Three races could be affected by the results
