HOUSTON (AP) Authorities in Houston say a 22-year-old man has been charged in connection with Tuesday's shooting at a Houston-area community college. He and two others were wounded. Officials say the shooting erupted from a fight and that the third person, a worker at Lone Star College, was caught in the crossfire.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) A relative of a New Mexico teenager accused of gunning down five family members says he hopes the killings are not politicized and used in the gun control debate. Fifteen-year-old Nehemiah Griego is accused of killing his parents and three younger siblings. Court documents say he texted a picture of his dead mother to his girlfriend. The shooting happened on Saturday, which was "Guns Across America" day.
