WESLACO - Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies and state troopers are investigating a car found in a canal.

The vehicle somehow ended belly up in a Weslaco canal off of Bridge and Sugar Cane.

A DPS spokesperson says troopers are assisting Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies. So far, deputies aren't releasing any details.
