Carjacking Suspect Expected to Face Judge

EDINBURG - A man facing charges for a carjacking and chase in Edinburg is expected to go before a judge this afternoon.
It happened on the 700 block of DFW Street yesterday morning. Officers later spotted the stolen car at the intersection of Jackson and Sprague. Police tried pulling the man over, but he took off.
The chase ended in a field in the 300 block of West Trenton. Police say the man tried to run on foot, but officers caught him.
