Charges Dropped Against Man Implicated in Kidnapping, Murder

BROWNSVILLE - Charges have been dropped against one man implicated in a kidnapping and murder.
The Cameron County District Attorney's Office dropped capital murder charges against Francisco Flores. His attorneys said a witness had misidentified him as one of the suspects involved in the kidnapping and murder of Reyes Bocanegra, 22, of Brownsville three weeks ago.
Flores remains in the county jail on a parole hold.
