Charges against one of several suspects believed to have been involved in the killing of ICE agent Jaime Zapata are being dropped.
Prosecutors dismissed charges against Luis "Red Bear" Rojo. He was believed to have been a top-level financial boss for the Zetas in the Mexican state of San Luis Potosi. That's where Zapata was shot and killed last February.
Mexican authorities say there was not enough evidence to charge Rojo with Zapata's killing.
