Customers to Be Allowed to Sue Park Girl

LA FERIA - Customers of La Feria's Park Girl will be allowed to sue her.
Jo Leigh Ares filed for bankruptcy protection earlier this year, temporarily freezing all lawsuits against her.
Forty-three customers are suing the Park Girl, claiming she took more than $600,000 without providing mobile homes or clean titles. A judge ruled this week to allow that lawsuit to continue.
The Park Girl was arrested in December. She's charged with several counts of felony theft.
