NEW YORK (AP) The Dow stands at its highest level since before the financial crisis, in November 2007. In the latest session, the Dow added 54 points to 13,593. The S&P 500 gained 6 to 1,466. That's 1000 points below its all-time high. The Nasdaq was up 28 points to 3,184. It has been trading at its highest levels since 2000. Futures trading suggests a lower opening.
LONDON (AP) International stock markets were muted today as the luster wore off from the Federal Reserve's announcement last week of new measures to energize the U.S. economy. Benchmark crude oil fell below $99 a barrel. The dollar rose against the euro and the yen.
