Early Morning Fire Under Investigation

BROWNSVILLE - The Cameron County Fire Marshal's Office is looking into any early morning fire. It happened at a trailer home on FM 3069 around 5:30 a.m.
According to Cameron County Emergency Management Coordinator Humberto Barrera, it appears the fire started because of an extension cord. We're told the family was running electricity into the bathroom. Everyone was able to escape the fire unharmed.
