Final Figures Tallied in Cameron County Constable Precinct 1 Race

CAMERON COUNTY - Final results are in for the Constable Precinct 1 race.
Officials finished counting the votes around midnight and the final figures are in.
Pete Delgadillo is the winner of the Cameron County Constable Precinct 1 race with 2,486 votes.
The incumbent Horacio Zamora lost with 2,479 votes; that is only seven votes less than Delgadillo.
Constable Delgadillo paid near $4,000 dollars to have the votes recounted by hand.
