Food Truck Operators Submit Applications for Permits in McAllen

McALLEN - At least 10 merchants are applying to operate food trucks in McAllen.
The city recently approved the operation of food trucks. Officials said only 12 applications will be approved.
McAllen Health Director Josh Ramirez said applicants will need to have a base of operations or partner with an existing business to operate a food truck.
