WASHINGTON (AP) Republican Party divisions over immigration, anti-terrorism and other issues are bubbling to the surface just as President Barack Obama shows a new interest in capitalizing on GOP differences.

The latest example played out Thursday in the Senate. Two Republican senators rebuked their colleague Rand Paul of Kentucky for his harsh questioning of U.S. policies regarding the use of drones to kill suspected terrorists.

High-profile Republicans also differed this week on immigration.

All these cases featured past or possibly future presidential candidates. It was a fresh reminder that the Republican Party has no clear leader, and no clear road map, after Mitt Romney's November loss to Obama. All parties undergo self-examination after a presidential loss. The GOP process clearly has a way to go.
