McALLEN, Texas (AP) Police believe they've found the body of a Texas woman about 200 miles away from the hotel where they say her boyfriend killed one of her sons and wounded another. El Campo Police Chief Terry Stanphill says a body believed to be 28-year-old Brandy Cerny was found yesterday on a neighbor's property. Cerny's boyfriend, Demond Bluntson, was arrested earlier yesterday in Laredo, where police say he shot Cerny's two young sons in a hotel room.
SHINER, Texas (AP) Authorities say a Texas father who beat to death a man who tried molesting his young daughter won't be charged. Officials say a grand jury met yesterday and declined to return an indictment against the father. Investigators have said the 23-year-old father pulled 47-year-old Jesus Mora Flores off his daughter and beat him with his hands.

A cellphone video taken by a witness appears to catch the vandal in the act.
