HOUSTON (AP) A 25-year-old fan who died after falling from a fifth-floor escalator at a preseason Texans game has been identified as Jonathon Kelly of Houston. Police say the fall during Thursday night's game at Reliant Stadium appears to have been an accident.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) Seven people were injured when a tour bus carrying the popular Mexico-based Banda El Recodo toppled onto its side yesterday southeast of San Antonio. Authorities say none of the injuries appeared life-threatening. The bus was knocked over when a car sideswiped it.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) A mother facing charges after her daughter's death says her husband's deployment left her too stressed to care for their children on the Dyess Air Force Base. A preliminary autopsy shows Tiffany Nicole Klapheke's (klah-PEEK) 22-month-old daughter suffered dehydration and malnutrition.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) San Antonio police say an argument between twin brothers over money led one of them to fatally shoot the other. Anthony Carl McJunkin is charged with murder in his 21-year-old twin Brenden McJunkin's death yesterday.
