ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) The number of Latinos elected to the U.S. House could rise to 31 after next month's election, and that would be an all-time record. The incoming class would be part of a new generation of middle-class, college-educated Hispanic candidates.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) Texas officials say they'll launch a new women's health program next month that would use only state funds and exclude Planned Parenthood.
