HOUSTON (AP) A Nacogdoches County judge is set to hear oral arguments today from a Texas landowner and lawyers for TransCanada. The two sides are debating whether tar sands are crude oil. A proposed pipeline from Canada to the Gulf Coast would run through Michael Bishop's property, but he says the company lied to him because tar sands aren't crude.
