BIG RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) A Michigan pharmacy professor who earned her doctorate in philosophy at the University of Texas has been killed in a bus crash in Cameroon. Lucy Ngoh died from injuriest sustained in the Dec. 30 crash. A memorial service for her is pending.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) An Air Force recruiter is scheduled to appear Tuesday at a hearing at Lackland Air Force Base to determine whether he will be court-martialed over alleged improper relations with recruits. Tech. Sgt. Jaime (HYE'-may) R. Rodriguez is accused of making a false statement, obstructing justice, adultery, indecent conduct, aggravated sexual contact, forcible sodomy and rape.

COPPER MOUNTAIN, Colo. (AP) A 13-year-old Texas boy has died in a skiing accident in Colorado. A coroner says Tristan Bartlett of Houston wasn't wearing a helmet when he struck the tree Friday. The resort says he was on a beginner trail at the time. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) Cyclist Lance Armstrong could be considering a public admission to using performance-enhancing drugs, according to a report by the New York Times. The report based on anonymous sources and says the 41-year-old athlete is considering a confession to help restore his athletic career in triathlons and running events.
