HOUSTON (AP) A boy snatched from his home as an infant is expected to move into a new residence with his four siblings. Eight-year-old Miguel Morin will go live with Juanita and Joseph Aguillard today after a judge granted them custody. Miguel has been in foster care since authorities found him in Houston last March. His former baby sitter and her mother have been charged with kidnapping.

EL PASO, Texas (AP) State auditors have started reviewing whether some educators at a West Texas school district cheated on federal accountability standards. The El Paso Times reports auditors from the Texas Education Agency interviewed employees at the Canutillo Independent School District. Auditors also gathered documents on compliance numbers.

HALTOM CITY, Texas (AP) A woman and three children have been killed in a North Texas house fire. Investigators are trying to determine what caused yesterday's blaze in the Haltom City home. Names of the victims and their possible relationship have not year been disclosed.

DALLAS (AP) Two children of the late Robert F. Kennedy will speak in Dallas. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Rory Kennedy will be interviewed this evening by journalist Charlie Rose at a downtown opera house. They will discuss the family's influence on politics, culture and history.
