Armstrong's comments to Oprah Winfrey will be broadcast later this week on Winfrey's OWN network. The Austin-based cyclist was stripped of all seven Tour titles last year.

DALLAS (AP) Movers have begun bringing items into the George W. Bush Library and Museum. The facility that's inside the George W. Bush Presidential Center on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas will house more than 40,000 artifacts from his time in the White House. The center will be dedicated in April.
