ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) The Texas billionaire who owns the Golden Nugget casino in Atlantic City, N.J., has agreed to pay a $15,000 fine. That violates a law that bars holders of a key casino employee license from gambling in the city. Golden Nugget general manager Tom Pohlman says Fertitta didn't know about the ban.
