HOUSTON (AP) A criminal investigation is under way after a hacker apparently accessed private photos and emails sent between members of the Bush family, including both former presidents. A spokesman for former President George Herbert Walker Bush declined to comment on a report on The Smoking Gun website detailing the alleged security breach.
LA MARQUE, Texas (AP) Police say a waste services company truck driver who apparently had some type of medical problem died after being run over by his vehicle. The Galveston County Daily News reports that a medical examiner will rule on whether the death was due to injury or a medical condition. La Marque police did not immediately release the victim's name.
FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) RadioShack Corporation has chosen Walgreen Company executive Joseph Magnacca to become CEO of the electronics retailer. The Fort Worth-based retailer made the announcement yesterday. Magnacca begins his new job on Monday when he'll also join the RadioShack board of directors.
