COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) A former Texas A&M University employee is in custody and charged with making a terrorist threat against the school. Michael Francis Thomas was arrested in Bryan in connection with the threat against the Williams Alumni Center. He's also been named a person of interest" in the bomb threat against A&M's Kyle Field football stadium on Wednesday.

MEXICO CITY (AP) A member of former Mexican President Felipe Calderon's administration is disputing a missing people report released by the new government. The report by the current government of President Enrique Pena Nieto says there are 27,000 missing people. But Calderon's official says the only registry on disappeared people includes 5,319 names.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) Some video-recorded testimony by former BP CEO Tony Hayward will have to be excluded from the oil giant's upcoming civil trial over the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster. U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier has ruled that certain references in the video deposition of Hayward that refer to previous BP accidents or allegations of misconduct unrelated to the 2010 accident would have to be removed.

WASHINGTON (AP) The Justice Department is arguing in a lawsuit that cyclist Lance Armstrong is responsible for the U.S. Postal Service being unfairly associated with a doping program. The government joined a lawsuit against the disgraced athlete. It alleges that riders on the postal service-sponsored team, including Armstrong, knowingly violated their agreements by regularly using banned substances.
